Terms of Service

The service

Nomad IPTV provides access to streaming playlists for use with third-party IPTV player applications. We do not develop or control those player apps. Channel line-ups, VOD titles and counts change over time and the figures on this website are approximate.

Your account

• Your login is for personal, non-commercial use in your household.
• Each connection allows one simultaneous stream. Sharing your login beyond your purchased connections may lead to suspension without refund.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed on the checkout page. Our server always calculates the final price.
• After you order, we email you a payment link. Your subscription is activated after payment is received.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You choose whether to renew.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our 7-Day Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages, maintenance or changes by content sources may occur. Service quality also depends on your internet connection and device.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws and licensing requirements of the country where you live, including any TV licence requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomad IPTV's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
