How to Install Nomad IPTV on MAG Box
MAG boxes (MAG 322, 324, 349, 424, 520 and newer) don't use a username and password — they connect to a portal that recognises the box's MAC address. You send us the MAC, we link it to your Nomad IPTV subscription, and you enter the portal URL we give you. It's a one-time setup that's very stable afterwards.
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Find your MAC address
Look at the sticker on the bottom of the box (it starts with 00:1A:79), or go to Settings → Device info on the box.
Step 2: Send us the MAC address
Put the MAC in the notes when you order, or send it to us on WhatsApp after ordering. We link it to your Nomad IPTV subscription and reply with your portal URL.
Step 3: Open the portal settings
On the MAG box go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
Step 4: Enter the portal URL
Set Portal 1 name to "Nomad" and Portal 1 URL to the address we sent you. Leave Portal 2 empty. Press OK to save.
Step 5: Restart the box
Go back to the settings menu and choose Restart portal (or unplug the box for 10 seconds). The Nomad IPTV portal loads with live TV, the guide and VOD.
Tips for MAG box
- Always use a network cable with a MAG box — most older models have no or weak Wi-Fi.
- If you see "STB blocked" or "Portal not available", check the URL for typos and send us a photo of the screen.
- Changing your box? Send us the new MAC address and we move your subscription.

FAQ
MAG box questions
Which MAG models work?
All current MAG models work, including the MAG 322, 324, 349, 351, 424, 520 and 524.
Can I use a MAG box and an app on the same plan?
Yes, but they count as separate connections if they stream at the same time. Tell us when you order and we set up both.
Why does my MAG box show "Loading portal" forever?
Usually the portal URL has a typo or the box has no internet. Check the cable, restart your router, and re-enter the URL exactly as sent.
