Nomad IPTV respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how rights holders can report content they believe infringes their copyright, and how we handle those reports.
What we do and don't do
Nomad IPTV provides access to streaming playlists for use with third-party player applications. We do not produce television content, and this website does not host video files. Channel and title names on this site are used descriptively.
How to submit a notice
Send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright notice". Please include:
- Your name, organisation, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The specific location of the material (for example the channel or title name, and where it appears).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on its behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every complete notice promptly. Where a notice is valid, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified, and we may contact you for further information. Incomplete notices may delay our response.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature.
Repeat infringement
Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others may be suspended or terminated.
