How to Install Nomad IPTV on Apple TV

Apple TV 4K is one of the smoothest boxes for IPTV: fast, quiet and with excellent picture handling. Install a tvOS player from the App Store on your Apple TV, add your Nomad IPTV login and you have live channels, a TV guide, films and series in a few minutes.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Step 1: Have your Nomad IPTV login ready

    After payment you receive an email with your username, password and server URL (Xtream Codes login), plus an M3U link for apps that prefer a playlist. Keep it open on your phone while you set up.

  2. Step 2: Open the App Store on Apple TV

    From the Apple TV home screen open the App Store and search for IPTVX (or iPlayTV / Smarters Player Lite).

  3. Step 3: Install and open the player

    Download the app and open it. Choose to add a new playlist or provider.

  4. Step 4: Enter your Nomad IPTV login

    Choose Xtream Codes and type the server URL, username and password. Tip: many tvOS players let you type with your iPhone keyboard via the notification that pops up.

  5. Step 5: Load channels and guide

    The app imports channels, VOD and the EPG. Open the guide, pick a channel and press play.

Tips for Apple TV

  • Set Apple TV to Match Content → Match Dynamic Range and Frame Rate for the best sport picture.
  • Use Ethernet on Apple TV 4K models with a port — it's more stable than Wi-Fi for 4K.
  • If you already set up IPTVX on iPhone, turn on iCloud sync to copy the playlist to Apple TV.
