How many connections do I get?
You choose 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 connections when you order. One connection means one device streaming at a time. You can install the app on as many devices as you like — only devices watching at the same moment count.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. After you place your order you receive a secure payment link by email. If you prefer another method, ask our team on WhatsApp.
What is the refund policy?

Do I need a VPN for Nomad IPTV?
No, a VPN is not required. Some customers use one for privacy or because their internet provider slows down streaming traffic. If you do use a VPN, pick a nearby server with good speeds so the picture stays sharp.
How do I install Nomad IPTV on a Firestick?
Turn on "Install unknown apps" in Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options, install the free Downloader app, download a player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro, then log in with the Xtream Codes details from your email. How much does Nomad IPTV cost?

What internet speed do I need?
At least 15 Mbps for HD and Full HD channels and 25 Mbps or more for 4K, per screen watching at the same time. A wired Ethernet connection or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the steadiest picture.
Which app should I use?
On Firestick and Android TV we recommend TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro; on Samsung and LG TVs, IBO Player or IPTV Smarters; on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, IPTVX or Smarters Player Lite; on MAG boxes, the built-in portal. We send the right login type (Xtream Codes, M3U or MAC portal) for your app.
Is there a TV guide (EPG)?
Yes. Most live channels include an electronic programme guide, so you see what's on now and next directly in your player. TiviMate and IPTVX show it as a full grid guide.
Is there catch-up or recording?
Selected channels offer catch-up, so you can watch programmes from the past few days. Recording depends on your player app — TiviMate Premium, for example, can record to local storage.
What does "anti-freeze" mean?
Streams are spread across several servers with automatic failover. If one source has a problem, your player switches to a backup instead of freezing — which matters most during big live events.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. Nothing is charged automatically. Before your plan ends we remind you, and you can renew on the same login so your favourites and app settings stay in place.
Can I upgrade or add connections later?
Yes. Message our support team with your order ID and what you'd like to change. We calculate the difference and send you a payment link for the upgrade.
Is Nomad IPTV affiliated with other services that use a similar name?
No. Nomad IPTV at nomadiptv.io is an independent service with its own team, plans, support and policies. Please make sure you are on nomadiptv.io when you order or contact us.
Where do I find my Nomad IPTV login?
